{fill in the blank} Gallery would not survive without the strong community and volunteer support we receive on a daily basis. We continue to provide the Lincoln Square neighborhood with a much needed arts culture including some of the finest emerging artists from Chicago and beyond, affordable classes, music events, underground films, and more. We have included the community in dialog and even allowed them to create the exhibition. Our space has supported benefits for other arts based organizations such as Ravenswood Elementary School and Knee-Jerk Magazine. We’ve done projects for the Chicago Public Library and Chicago Children’s Museum. We were even named runner-up for the best art gallery of the year by the Chicago Reader!

The sad truth is that the costs of running a gallery and community oriented space are high. We have put endless amounts of our own money into programming to make sure it will continue, but we are beginning to run out of resources to keep up with costs. Although we are not a legal non-profit* we operate as such. Everyone here is a volunteer, no one makes a salary. We have done the best we can to stretch our limited resources, but sometimes the mere will to succeed is not enough.

Please consider giving in any way you are able, every little bit helps! As a thank you, gifts of $50 or more will receive a complimentary limited edition print by Justin Santora.
